VAT and DDP Pricing Policy

This policy describes the pricing structure, VAT application, and operational procedures of the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) model for shipments destined for Italian territory.

Ⅰ. General description

To facilitate understanding of the final price and reduce uncertainties during the purchase phase, the displayed prices follow an all-inclusive criterion.

Where applicable, shipping takes place according to the DDP model, and the amount indicated during checkout represents the total to be paid, including the expected charges.

Ⅱ. Price composition and transparency

Cost information is made clear during checkout.

Typically, the indicated price includes:

  • Italian VAT at 22%;

  • any duties and import taxes;

  • administrative and customs clearance costs;

  • costs relating to packaging, labeling, and European Union compliance requirements.

The amounts are presented as an overall value, with no subsequent separate charges.

Ⅲ. VAT application

Regarding VAT:

  • orders destined for the Italian peninsula and islands are subject to the 22% rate;

  • the tax is included in the product price and does not require additional fulfillments by the buyer;

  • any changes in the rate are reflected in the displayed prices according to current regulations.

Ⅳ. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) mode

Within the DDP model, shipment management follows general criteria such as:

  • customs and tax charges included in the price at the time of order;

  • absence of customs clearance procedures at the recipient's expense;

  • delivery of goods to the indicated address;

  • any customs or address checks managed according to applicable procedures;

  • shipments accompanied by documentation compliant with European Union provisions, with tracking possibility.

Ⅴ. Transport and indicative times

The reference timings are as follows:

  • order processing: after payment confirmation, the order generally goes into processing within 1–3 business days;

  • Estimated delivery: from shipment from Italy, approximately 3–6 business days within Italian territory, with possible variations for remote areas;

    ;

  • shipping policy:

    • for orders equal to or greater than €110, there is no additional shipping cost;

    • for lower amounts, a fixed fee of €10 applies.

All costs are shown during checkout.

In case of return due to incorrect address, related costs may be charged to the recipient.

Ⅵ. Customs documentation

To support import and customs clearance operations, each shipment is generally accompanied by:

  • commercial invoice in electronic or paper format;

  • import documents compliant with EU requirements;

  • labels in Italian and relevant certifications.

This documentation helps facilitate customs procedures.

Ⅶ. Billing and summary

During checkout, you can view:

  • the total order amount including VAT;

  • any applied shipping cost.

An electronic invoice is generated for each order, which can be used for after-sales assistance or administrative checks.

Ⅷ. Scope of application

This VAT and DDP Pricing Policy applies to all shipments destined for:

  • continental Italian territory;

  • islands and other areas included in Italian territory.
